The way I would divide it;
A- Wolkait for Agaw, btw we need to create Agaw Kilil with Lalibela as capital or Gonder (two cities found by Agaws)
B- Humera for Amhara
C- Enderta Afar including Mekelle + Tembien
D- Badme, Eritrea, remove army
E- Rayya, half Oromo and the other half Amhara.
Game over.
