Abiy must be traitor if this made through official gov channel. But I hope this is fake representation and made by digidumb woyanes for propaganda. Dr Mulu Nega is already assigned as care taker (CEO) and I dont see what the criminals would expect from any negotiation at this stage, except to save their a@rz. Even if Abiy makes some concession, the crimes they have committed will bring them to the international court of justice.
