It is the worst sabotage ever done to Ethiopia if the Abiy’s administration agrees to negotiate. I am confident it will not negotiate. Rather, the Abiy administration should hold accountable those who gave order for the killing of Ethiopian soldiers while sleeping.
Even the idea that the Abiy administration and TPLF negotiates disturbs me a lot.
One can negotiate with opponents, even with enemies. But one cannot negotiate with treasonous. The TPLF leaders are treasonous.

If Abiy does, it shows that he wasn't winning in the first place, or whatever victory he was achieving was at too high of a cost. Or, perhaps, he is afraid of what his now allies will become if tigray is conquered. Hmmm, interesting developments indeed!

In ethio airlines they will be met by ethio federal security personnel.
But seriously, first off all, I don't believe the news.
And if it is true, it it won't be about negotiating. From ethio side, it will be "give yourselves up" and the ethio judicial system will decide your fate.
Again if it is true, on the agames side, it still will be to beg for a safe passage to third country.
But, it is all about foreign policy when it comes to Ethiopia. It wants to show the world that the ethio govt is not fighting the ungrateful supposedly innocent filthy tegarus but few terrorists shiftas.
In other words, Ethiopia if it is true, will say that it gave these shifta all the opportunities to surrender.
But, what is amazing is why are the agames of this site happy about the supposedly 'talk' if they believe that they are winning as they tell us?
If they believe woyane won't be ousted even if there is a talk (which I doubt) they must really be idiots.
It is just getting too freaking mind numbing that always they prematurely [ deleted ].
Encircled by fierce cats, what other choice is there for a mouse except to try to find out an exist?

This reminds me of the story about Mengistu negotiating in London while Addis was falling back in 1991.
I don't see the benefits of negotiations at this late point in the game where the army is at the gate of MeQelle. However, I am holding off my opinions...until I hear a confirmed report if indeed there is going to be a negotiation.

maybe Obbo Sebhat Nega, and Obbo Abay Tsehaye and the others will ask to be able to flee to thailand or elsewhere, where they have homes and property bought with ethiopian loot?!

How come no major media outlets are reporting this fake news presented by the agame Awash hoping to find a breathing space. Ethiopia doesn't enter into negotiation with a terrorist group, especially when the only city left to be captured in Tigray is Mekelle. This fake news is nothing but a desperate attempt to seek hope in a hopeless situation.

Cigar has a point : if there is negotiation it has only to be how the TPLF leaders give up. A negotiation to surrender. I do believe Abiy has a functioning brain, and he will never let go the reputation he earned. Imagine for a second the Amhara “ lieu Haile.” They are fighting and dying now believing TPLF is going to die. Abiy is not going to shortchange their hope.

The question is why should Abiy negotiate with a dead TPLF? Just to give them back life. No it makes no sense. But it may help the Agames have a few hours of sleep! The poor slobs have been sleepless for two weeks now!

I would think this is a possibility. Abiy is as evil as TPLF. He doesnt want a brave Amhara fighters come up strong. You can prove that by the fact that both Abiy and his puppets in addis are beating drums to diminish the heroic accomplishments of these brave fighters. Btw, if it were not with these brave fighters and the locals of wolkayt and humera, the EDF wouldnt have made this much progress.
