The terrorist TPLF in Tigray today made a terrible mistake!

The terrorist gang group has fired rockets towards Asmara. Such actions are not going to be taken lightly by Eritrean authorities. Like the old saying, the Eritrean response is as always "an eye for a tooth, a nose for a chin."

I do not think it is a “terrible mistake.” They had no choice, but try to incite Eritrea to retaliate. Then the TPLF paid personnel in the West are going to cry Ethiopia is collaborating with Eritrea to subdue a regional government of her own.
This is a calculated, desperate, last minute effort to rally the world to save TPLF. By now they are fully aware they cannot save themselves.
How Eritrea will respond to the attack, I do not know.
My guess is if Isayes believes the Ethiopian government will wrap the fighting up within a few days, he might let it go. He might not give them a chance to write a false narrative.

Sam, you are right on the money. Since we are certain that the Ethiopian government is more than capable of destroying the criminal Weyanes, Eritrea will sit and watch as the developments unfold in Ethiopia's favor. In my opinion, it would be unnecessary to enter the show and spoil the well planned, well organized, and meticulously executed punitive action PMAA is taking!

I hope Eritreans stay calm and play this idiot aga.ames smartly, DO NOT involve in this war if you do you give TPLF an international coverage and ear to the West. Let Abiy finish them, but you will have your sweet revenge at the end .... whoever is responsible to launch a rocket to Asmara should be tried there and get justice at your hand. EDF is knocking Mekele's door ... TPLF is a dying fish just trying to get back to the ocean and don't help them get back to the ocean

Hmm.... 
Whether you call it an eye for a tooth, a nose for a chin, only removing the tplf oligarchs can bring the needed changes and the emerging Ethio-Eritrean cooperation for property and lasting peace. Otherwise more bombs and more mob killings will go on endlessly. Why were they tolerated in that Maqale Hotel for so long and make them think that they are invisible who can beat and kill every one everywhere. In fact it seems that it is not their strength that kept them there to cause major harms but instead the weaknesses of their opponents did help them.
Any way, patience and cool methodical planned and informed actions are more effective than acting angrily with out enough preparation and through that reducing one self to the desperate tplf barbaric actions which the veteran ex-tplf member characterized as tplf's "mefferaagex" meaning the last kicks of the dying horse. Better to disable them step by step using cool minds and systematic informed and incremental multiple actions. What is the big deal here because even the Tamil Tigers have been doing much more than this for several decades, shelling government positions, major cities, airports and major harbors but yet the government went after them and totally crushed them beyond any repair for ever to come. Here I am not saying who is right or who wrong since I am neutral in that conflict but only saying that blind shelling are not the way to freedom or power.
