Why are Thousands of TPLF Militia Surrendering to Eritrean Forces?

I asked my Tigraway brother why TPLF militia are crossing the border into Eritrea and surrendering to the Eritrean forces by their thousands, and he said it's because they never read comments written by Adwa Weyane Awash, eden, Sabur, Deqi-Arawit... etc.. about Eritrea.
Is that true?
