በየክልሉ ዜጎች በማንነት እንዲጨፈጨፉና የእርስ በእርስ ግጭቶች እንዲነሱ ታትረው ሲሰሩ የከረሙና ከሰሞኑም ሽብር ለመፍጠር በቤኒሻንጉል፣ በጋምቤላ፣ በወለጋ... (በምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ) ወዘተ ሲንቀሳቀሱ የተለቀሙ የወንበዴው ህወሓት ቡድን ቅጥረኞች ገቢ ተደርገዋል።
