BREAKING - - No Trial for “Slavery” in Canada, suckers!
To the dismay of our detractors, the much hyped class-action lawsuit against Nevsun Resources for "slavery" and "forced labor" has finally been laid to rest (R.I.P) at the beginning of October in near total silence.
This settlement comes after a “mutually satisfactory arrangement” was reached between the sixty Eritrean plaintiffs and Nevsun, outside of court.
The settlement, therefore, throws the 6-year old trial out the window - i.e. no trial in Canada for “slavery” at Bisha mine.
