This was a long overdue task. TPLF/woyane of Tigray should have been designated as a terrorist organization two years ago. Even now is better than never. Action is much better than calling a spade spade. Just cut off all financial ties and transaction with Tigray province controlled by TPLF, cut off electricity, cut off transport, shut off any administrative tie. The whole country can't be drained down to the toilet. I will hold the Abiy government responsible for baby-sitting the Tigre-woyane for the genocide's of Amhara. He can't call it by any other name than genocide. It is not new and happening in his time this act of genocide of Amhara has been done by TPLF over decades - the longest duration of act of genocide in world's history.

It doesn’t make sense that all the blood of innocent people has to be shed for the parliament to come to the point of calling this terrorist organization Tplf by its true name.
This move has bigger implication when it comes to international diplomacy that no foreign entity or government will be willing to interact with terror group tplf from now on if the parliament proceeds and calls this evil organization by its name terrorist indeed.

It is a decision that any ordinary person could have made 2 years ago. Why would one even bother to send a penny to Tigray province and use federally appropriated fund to spread terror and kill the very tax payer Amhara people? That is why many of us have been challenging colonel Abiy Ahmed and questioned his sincerity. Trust me, Abiy will not cut off financial supply, electricity, transport lines , communications to Tigary where the head of the monster is sprawling. Yes, it is way overdue for the Ethiopian government to stop this "ፍቅር ያሸንፋል" nonsense but act decisively to protect its own citizens. This bull crap of trying to make the opportunist Tegaru what they never were has not worked and will probably never work especially since PM Abey called them the "Golden" tribe and the makers and breakers of ኣስጦብያ። That was pathetic even if it was meant just to appease them. The Tegaru don't deserve it for they are evil will always remain evil!

Abiy’s incompetent leadership is partly to blame for the mayhem in the country that he should have dealt with the terrorist organization Tplf sooner, not necessarily military confrontation but soft sanctions could have crippled the terror group.
