One very important is missing Debretsion and Mengisti Tigray to implement it immediately to achieve the highest result, that is bring Eritreans from Tigre and the Tigray ethnic to broadcast three times a week to the military and the public via Radio to the military and TV the cities residents. Saho, Kunama, Afar broadcasters should turn their attention to the other side of their ethnics and tell their military to cross to Tigray. Radio is very effective for the military units of the different ethnics.
