How could that be possible?

There is something I know called feasibility study for a a given project before heading to the planning stage, in which starting from the current status and reaching to the target status should somehow be realistically achievable in the given time frame, in terms of knowledge and skill, the needed resources, environmental setup and many similar conditions. I don't reallly know the set time frame but even if they achieve this in 5 years, then it should be applauded.
If this project will be possible in this time frame to achieve the stated goal and be able to change from this:
status to this:
status, then Ethiopia has changed very much and that would be the biggest gain of the whole exercise, i think.
In fact other nationals visiting the same site are not so exhausted like the Ethiopians themselves, who are also visiting the same site, which is in their own homeland. Are we intrinsically lazy people?
