የፌደራል መንግስት አስቸኳይ ስብሰባ ላይ ሲሆን፣ ብትግራይ ያስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ሊታወጅ እንደሚችል ታማኝ ምንጮች ገልጸዋል። በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ የሰሜን እዝ ከባድ መሳርያዎችን በሙሉ በሑመራ በኩል ወደ ጎንደር አጓጉዟል።
