I think TPLF will win if it continues to update its tactics to defeat Gobana ( K-7). Here is my advice to TPLF.
1/ First win the hearts of other ethnics. How? Admit that during the 27 yrs of your regime, you did unbearable atrocities to Ethiopian people and openly ask for forgiveness ( your member parties already admitted and asked forgiveness- ADP & OPDO- though it is fake).
2/ Don't allow the relocation of the Northern Military base to Neftegna region. The day you allow that to happen, it is your last breath, both Isias & Gobana will eventually swallow you, via organizing Tigraway rebel group as a cover up
3/ Support the other ethnics rebels by any means, specifically the Benishangul, Oromia, Somali, etc) through Tigraway military personnels in PP and at the same time in training in Tigray. For e.g. Wollo Oromo youths can easily get access to Tigray via Raya, Qobbo, warra yimenu, Kamisse, Warra Babbu, etc
