Why is thia guy not the president of Tigray, why is he ordinary teacher, while debrepropoor must be replaced ASAP?

Ambesa wedi Agame, Tigray needs leaders like him, who are articulate and very knowledgeable. Tigray has tens of thousands of brilliant agazian like this guy, but unfortunately they ae excluded from TPLF membership let alone its leadership circle, that is solely infested with the braindead like debrepropoor.
