Unless you are politically ignorant person, the tweet goes against Abiy Ali. The central message was embedded in a sentence that reads "Dialogue and consensus are key to consolidate ongoing democratic transition". The statement is simply warning Abiy to dialogue and reach consensus with politically opponents if he wanted democracy to rule. Also, see the other side of the coined statement. If Aby continued to fail for dialogue, undercurrents problems will overthrow him.

That is the best and rational approach to say the least. No one rational will ever bet on all of these emotional and over agitated ranting dead horses trying to deliver their last kicks right from their death beds. Reform and change is the way which will take us all to the promised land of equality and justice for all fresh democratic highway. THUMBS UP! for the EU. BINGO!
