The answer is simple! All Ethiopians need to hunt Halafi Mengedi & the likes & bring them to justice
This is the perfect time for Sudan to send its army and control Abay Dam right at your border and control it. Sudan controlling Abay is good for all ethnics of Tigray, Oromo and all southern nationalisties than Amhara. Reason, the dam will serve for all ethnics and any profit will be distributed to the bond holders across ethnics and Sudan can be the middle person for all ethnics and control the dam and water for Sudan and Egypt interests too. Sudan and Egypt you are welcome to come and control the areas since the dam is near Sudan border. No more negotiation and lobby anyone end it and good for all stakeholders who built the Dam.
