Even tough it is an excellent news...Having a nuclear reactor in a very diversified and unstable country is a recipe to total annihilation by by its adversaries. I want to emphasize here that I am not hating!

I agree to some extent but may be in the next 10 years things may become stable. The draft is now sent to parliament.
