I wonder if this happened accidentally or by planning and through Shebia cadres. Either way, we have to learn from Eritrea.
Eritrea is the only country in the Horn that is not on food aid, has achieved MDG's 4 & 5, a welfare state for the elderly & debt free (IMF/WB).
