Ethiopia is not Rwanda - Democracy is the only way out for Ethiopia

Ethiopia should democratize - accommodate all ethnic groups. The golden middle way is the best solution. Ethnic groups should submit to policies followed by central government. No Ethnic group should be above Ethiopia as TPLF is trying to do. A centralized democratic rule is the way out.
Among the compromises are Oromo and Somali should not use Latin alphabets to write in their local languages.
Working languages will be more than two: Oromo, Tigrigna Afar and Somali could be added to start with. English should be the formal language in all villages by seriously teaching children starting from elementary school to be competent globally.
TPLF, OLF and other ethnic based groups should be integrated into a country wide political organisations or partys.
Internal administrative units should be a mixture of ethnic groups. The current administrative division of Ethiopia should be changed.
We need a strong leader. Abiy Ahmed is too soft and an opportunist. We need some one who stands for all Ethiopians.
