Easy way Eritrea can generate Billions in 2 yrs

Post by Afdeyu » 25 Aug 2020, 14:41

There’re about 1 million Eritreans in the diaspora
Being very conservative about 10% of that 100,000 will participate in these scheme.
Build 3 bedroom 2 bath houses for a cost to build of $25,000 ( most of the material should be locally made to generate jobs for the youth and revive the manufacturing industry of steel, cement, aluminum, copper, etc plus house hold materials like kitchen appliances, bathroom stuff... made in Eritrea 🇪🇷.
Where (location): at the suburban of The regional capital cities
It’ll cost 25,000 per house total of 100,000 Houses that is expense of 2.5 billion dollars
Sell the houses for $50,000 per house on average with a range of (35k-75k) based on location of course the ocean front in massawa/asseb plus Asmara being high end around 75k per house.
That’ll be selling for 5 billion plus tax income
A profit of 2.5 billion to build the infrastructure of local roads, water, sewer system, schools, parks, library...etc.
The biggest benefit would be the jobs that will be created and give the Eritreans in the diaspora an opportunity to invest in their country...
To get this started buyer will pay 20% down payment year one, 30% year two and pay the rest at purchasing date or bank financed

Add below if you have other ideas 💡 on how to revive the economy

Excellent and practical idea!

But the tyrant and his zombies need to be taken out of the way first. They are enemies of progress!

It’s amazing how easy to develop Eritrea economically sector by sector, but led by socialist/communist backwarded mindset with anti private enterprises Regime makes it look harder than it should...
I have to give them credit on the agriculture front though the minister there is making a difference...MIHAP program is good... (Bangladesh have a great success with it) micro credit scheme changing people’s lives.
...more ideas 💡

It is PRIORITY STUPID, as some say.
First thing is first.
We need to destroy the hasad, envious, the only enemy we have.
Woyane that is.
We could have done all the good things you mentioned a long time ago.
But in the process we could have opened a crack to our enemies and get some hickups.
So, clear the garbage first and then and only then should we focus on our progress.
Like you said we actually are doing some...like agriculture, schools, clinics, water, electricity, road etc.
So biting our tongue for over 2 decades and screw it up is not an option.
I predict woyane will be history before 2020 ends and then we all should do what you suggested we do
Eritrea's and Eritreans future is very, very bright.
NIKHID TRAY.
By the way, why do you think the filthy agame responded to you with his elementary reverse psychology first?

The low IQ agame Afdeyu and Adwapoblikan who ran Ethiopia's economy into the ground through massive scale looting and pillaging, making the country a prime example of famine in the Oxford Dictionary, have the audacity to lecture Eritreans on how to run their own affairs.

Read how Eritrea made the illiterate agame pay her half a billion dollars a year for several years!! IQ Matters!

The port of Djibouti is leased to the UAE for the next 30 years. A UAE company called DP World manages the port and collects all fees associated with the use of Djibouti's port services. The family that rules Djibouti gets $46 million dollars a year from the UAE in royalty fees. Not a bad amount for the lazy, illiterate bums. But across the border there are others who are far more illiterate with an IQ equivalent to that of chimpanzees.

Every year, the TPLF regime in Ethiopia was obligated to pay up to $1 Billion Dollars to use Djibouti's port services, and the payment was made directly to the UAE that leased the port. This means that almost all of the $1 Billion Dollars the beggar Tigray mercenary regime received in annual aid from donor countries, was spent on making payment for port fees.

Wait, it gets worse!

The oil rich UAE, in an effort to safeguard its oil routes along the Red Sea, has reached an agreement with Eritrea to park its naval and air force fleet at the Assab Port in exchange for Half a Billion Dollars a year. (Note: Parking fees, not lease) What this means is that, the UAE received $1 Billion Dollars a year directly from the Tigray regime and gave Half of that money to Eritrea for hosting its fleet, or in parking fees. In other words, what this means is that, the Tigray regime was indirectly paying Half a Billion Dollars a year to Eritrea without setting foot on the port of Assab. Eritrea is super smart! And that's how you make $2 Billion dollars in 2 years!
