Almaze, please correct the unfortunate error you made. The picture is a pre-independence picture from Tsabra underground school. This is not Sara!
You have to appreciate that EPLF was able to build better schools in caves than PFDJ could in the open land.

Anyway, this should be enough for the children of poor peasants. As a structure, this shack is a lot better than anything they have seen before. When you hear the goons saying this is a “state of the art” building or school, you can surmise how far the extent of their aspiration could go.

And who are you to complain, when the very peasants and their children are accepting it with a grace and are saying this is as good as it gets.

So if you continue to try to inflame the poor, hoping that they will rise up against the psychotic leader, you don’t know poor people then. As Zemeselo explained it well on the above quotation, just let the poor be, don’t try to make them see their misery, they will only hate you for that.

We were not poor in Mekelle,my father was a farmer and I had a happy childhood but there was a woman from the border with Wello a little further in our neighborhood and she asks me to write her a letter once in a while and tea with a lot of sugar,I was so happy.6 years of age.
