Religious fanaticism is tolerated in Ethiopia as long as there is no harm to others. From the news, we understand this woman has killed many naive and innocent followers. The Advocate General should investigate the financial network this sick woman has built and arrest those who were involved in it.

Religion is used by some groups to cheat the population. Those so-called healers should be stopped as there is no such thing as spiritual healing that could help people with infections, heart diseases or bone diseases. such people should seek medical help in the hospitals or clinics.

There are religious groups who call themselves "prophets". This is a lie. There cannot be prophets everywhere as there is no need for them. We have the Holy Bible and theologians should preach according to The Bible. Such people calling themselves prophets should be arrested as it a criminal offence to dope citizens and misinterpret the teachings in The Holy Bible.

Ethiopia's population is going through to be transformed into a modern society where citizens will get first hand information about religion and other issues. In the mean time, Ethiopians may be cheated and doped by religious sects. Our aim should be to control the damage these groups will cause. Some children will be victims of such religious manipulations.
