I think he is saying much more. He is trying to justify armed struggle. He is saying, Isayas would not hear to reason, and the time has come for armed struggle. Do not send your kids to Sawa . They don't have to be victims again. Their brothers and sisters have paid too much. I hope my interpretation is wrong. But, for the government, They understand each other.

Mesfin may not have to go to war if he can convince some Generals and commanders from remote, that he is rational and the system in Eritrea is irrational that systematically is destroying the fabric of the Eritrean state.
