The confiscated $449,700 dollars was meant to pay the salaries of Adwa Weyane cyber cadres working at Mereja Forum. Time will tell how many of them will be willing to work without pay. May be President Debretsion should consider putting together a stimulus package to help TPLF cadres affected by the seizure.
