Prof. Messay is absurdly wrong. He is a professor of philosophy does not mean he is get things right. I don't how much his PhD worth but his idea does not hold water. Girma Kassa is a very solid and matured analyst, he weighs a lot more than many PhDs put together. He is very pragmatic and his ideas are fact based , not on sham abstract philosophical rhetoric. Don't forget most elderly diasporas have been bribed early by the Abiy government to pacify things in his favor - that was why the packed up early and flew to Ethiopia upon the first call.
