Why is the Ethiopian parliament so quiet ?

Abbiy signs with Isayas, the content, the Ethiopian parliament does not know about, and it is not complaining ? All this political prisoning, the murder of a famous Ethiopian political activist, the parliament is mom is the word. The parliament is supposed to be inclusive. War is looming, and the parliament is quite. Abbiy has the parliament in his pocket. What does the parliament know that the Ethiopian people don't know ? Does it have to do something with Eritrea ? I don't know, but I am suspicious, and I am not suspicious by nature.
