Tigray has achieved what no one has ever achieved Today it is being run by an indicted criminal called Getachew Assefa. Dr. Debretsion is just a reluctant figure head who is under threat of death. Look at the news video below where a statement he is alleged to have made is read by the news reader. The question is why doesn't he make the statement himself?
