There R over 350 islands in Eritrea. Was mesmerized as I watched @ERiTV_Official brief introduction 2 one of these islands- Kad-hu Island. The economic potentials (incld. medicinal) R huge...rich variety of coral, flora, fauna. Phenomenal! -#EritreaAt29: Come discover the beauty!

I just watched the interview of PM Abiy in Tigrinya and the following are my comments:

- As usual Abiy acted as wolf with sheep clothing
- For a second time he avoided to answer the closure of Amhara - Tigray roads
- He is trying to divide TPLF into two and he asked the Tigray people for support toward that. Wether the older generation of TPLF is involved or not the main focus should be on resolving the issues that crated rift between PP and TPLF.
- He avoided open insult/ naming on TPLF and pretended he is willing to talk and address areas of conflict
- He was the one that declared war on Tigray in relation to election and he was asking why people expect/think the Federal government will attack Tigray?
- While many internal sources from Eritirea has reported that Isaias is preparing for war and amassing it's troops close to Ethiopia-Eritrea border, Abiy claims Isaias is looking for peace and is helping Ethiopia to have peace with other neighbors. Knowing Isaias , Abiy is trying to cover up things so that Tigray getts surprise attack.
- On a positive note he looks ready to discuss with TPLF. However TPLF has to
make sure Abiy involves all parties to solve the proplems of the country which are already byound TPLF and PP.

I never liked the Adwa group Tplf, but well done for teaching Abiy the language, or the credit goes to H.E Dr Abiy for learning this beautiful language.
This should be a wake up call to the elite tigreans that it is ok to talk in your own language in public, write a letter, or even worst to pray with it ( I heard priests preach in Amharic in Tigray churches???) not sure if true or a joke
& it’s ok to have a different accent (even English have different accented people using it)

FYI, it's Abiy Kahsay talking, not Abiy Ahmed. He'sborn in Eritrea to a tigrigna speaking mother until 5 years old and gudifecha of Oromo man called Ahmed.
