That Egypt finally chooses real negotiation is no surprise. So far she has tried to slowdown even sabotage the construction of the dam, and the filling of it with water. Egypt might have hoped the saboteurs within Ethiopia might win the political battle , and then after the interest of Egypt will be uphold.
The last three weeks have made it clear she read the Ethiopian politics wrongly. When it comes to their national interest, Ethiopians remain united.
Yes, the negotiation will continue. It is in Egypt’s vested interest it will.

Do not trust Abiy Ahmed. He is a sell-out, a running dog of Egypt.
There is something smokey. Maybe they released the water without feeling the Dam.
The dam should produce electricity now, not next year.

Ethoash, the economist , you are not good with numbers obviously. If 5% is filled within two weeks, it takes ten months to fill 100%, not twenty years as you claimed. I am not saying it will be filled within 10 months. It takes many more years according to the negotiation.
