General Philippos Weldeyohans the Chief of Staff of the Eritrean Defense Forces, arrived in the Sudanese capital, Khartum today to discuss bilateral issue.
The Eritrean Chief of Staff is accompanied by the Director of the Security Service and the Commander of the Navy. It is expected that a session of joint talks between the two sides will be held tomorrow. Pic
