Some Wedi Medhin Berad Qentirs are posting the asphalting of a less than 2 kilometer road as big achievement. They are also demanding that opposition groups of the regime should aknowledge and highlight this grandeur accomplishment. I am not sure if they are stupid or just low expectation fools. Lets compare Asmara under the leadership of visionary leaders and the leadership of the alcoholic junk.
Dejazmach Harregot Abbai,Mayor of Asmara (1963- 1974)
Born in Arbaete Asmara 1909 and died in Addis Abeba, killed by the Derg in 1979. Here are [ deleted ] Abay main accomplishments as the Major of Asmara.
1. Low cost residential improvement plans around districts of Asmara covering Abbashaul, Geza Berhanu, Senita and Mai Temenai.
2. Expansion Mai Serwa of existing and building of a new Mai Nefhi water reservoir dams to improve the city water supply system which was critical to city during the long draught periods.
3. Covering of the notorious Mai Bela open sewer system traversing through key location in the city.
4. Improving sport and entertainment activities by constructing a new stadium with appropriate lighting for night activities.
5.Improving economic and social activity expositions by building the Asmara Expo Center.
6. Helping the homeless by building a city homeless center to shelter abandoned children and adults.
7. Upgrading city roads and building of ring road for the use of commercial traffic to avoid congestion in the city roads.
During his tenure,Unlike Wedi Medhin Berad who rarely hosts head of states of respected countries, Under the mayorship of Haregot abbey, Asmara hosted Queen Elizabeth II of England, Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, King Olav of Norway, The Shah of Iran, The President of Germany, The President of Bulgaria and Premier Chou En Lai of China among others.
And for his dedicated service to his city and asmarinos
1) he was Knighted by Queen Elizabeth II receiving the Knight Commander of Victoria Order.
2) State medal of recognition by President Heinrich Lubke of Germany
3) Order of Norway decoration by King Olav of Norway
As a private citizen, Haregot Abay build arbaaate Asmara school and the Saint Korkos church.
Now days, Asmara is like a big smelly toilet. Even the air port doesn't have a rest rum which functions properly. and here are Wedi Medhin anuxxus lickers telling to to be ecstatic of a less than 2 kilo meters asphalting of a road

The stupid comparisons aside, Asmara was never under the leadership of Haregot- you perverted twat.
It was under HS and the British, who knighted him. That's why he stayed with HS, until Mengie arrested & killed him in AA. IA was fighting in the field then, you cùnt!
IA administers the whole of Eritrea- not just Asmara you fa66ot! There's another one of your idiotic comparisons, stupid clown.

The fat [deleted] weizero shitmeslo should ask, why are Eritreans not allowed to restore and pain their own place of living? instead of taking pride of Swedish protege?
When people are not even allowed to restore or paint their own houses. it results become Asmara.

Listen to the useless dictator in his latest interview, with out any shame, he said, we have to be able to assist the marginalized group in our society. When the entire population is utterly poor, who is not marginalized?

Guys,
Stop arguing with his blind followers. It is not just building and streets that are rotting , the Statehood of the country is at risk in the long run. Why would a visionary leader place the long term of the statehood at risk ? Trust me, he is not stupid. Actually he is very smart. He just happens to have a mission that is contrary to the long interest of the country. The youth is the first victim. Why do so many support him. To them he is a Superman. He is the only one who can guarantee its statehood. This word says it all. ምርሓና ሙሉእ ስልጣነይ ሂበካ ኣሎኹ That says it all. Technically, he said he owns the country, and he can give it away. If that statement is not treasonous , I really don’t know what!
