Are Egyptians that stupid ? The dam is not the only way Ethiopia could use the Nile river. There are other ways. But of other choices, the dam is the best one to Egypt. It takes years to fill it up, without significantly affecting the flow of the water to Egypt. As for the bombing , Egypt is not the only one which has an air force.
