You are just playing your usual delay tactics just to show your foreign masters that you are doing important job for them, even while you are asleep in Maqale hotel.(delay the Dam).
What ever the minister says is correct since he needs to be careful not to give accurate information at the wrong time to the wrong people and through that help competitors make informed damaging counter plans. In orde to provide accurate information about the Gerd the government needs to be ready not only in the area of filling the Gerd alone but in many other related and unrelated areas known to the birds alone.
