Do not pay attention to Tarik. His identity is not really determined yet.
His motive is very complex to determine. He is wishy washy. He is divisive even among Eritreans. Ethiopians are our closest cousins not the Egyptians. Egyptians are fellow Africans. Ethiopia and Eritrea might have had political problems in the past, but those problems have resolved themselves. Eritrea should be the mediator with Ethiopians approval if it can do so.

Isaias has been the foot soldier of Egypt to destabilize Ethiopia and he used to be against the Ethiopian Great Reinsance Dam by labeling it as " White Elephant". He is now in Egypt to present his performance report to Egypt on the status of the assignments they gave him. As a reward to what he did for Egypt he may get financial and military assistance for his gamble to start war with TPLF.
