Give back Oromo and Somali region to Amhara, Sidama, Guraghe and Tigray provinces

Oromo Regional State should be reduced in size as there is no justification for it. Oromos are nomads and the land they inhabit has not been theirs. The same could be said for Somalis. They are only concentrated around Ogaden, the rest is Oromo and amhara. The Aderes are foreigners from Turkey and should not have their own region. etc
We need to go back to the 20 or more province system. Ethnically dividing the country is bad. Addis Ababa should be the capital city of Shoa province. Ethiopia should make Aksum it's capital city so that we have continuity.
