The reason is simple, after the arrival of Dr Abiye in Asmara and made Peace between the two countries, Their idol failed to offer Eritreans any better alternative than his current incompetent rule which only brought poverty, backwardness and emptiness. And instead of demanding better governance, accountability and the rule of law, here they are screaming like a bunch of bitches whining and moaning about woyane 24/7.

Politics is all about self interest and nothing else.Not in the world view of Wedi Medhin berad though. During the last 20 years, we have witnessed the alcoholic junk to propagate about regional integration, Somalia reconstitution, Sudanese sovereignty and Ethiopias sustainabllity on the expense of the poor Eritreans. If we could have afford to offer our hand and sympathy to less fortunate neighbors why not, but when you can't provide basic demand to your subjects and the subjects you are supposed to look after their best interest are scattered through out the world as helpless and victim refugees, are you in a position to even talk? I don't think so. but for the alcoholic junk, the stunt was only meant as a diversionary tactic to run away or ignore the immediate concern of Eritreans.

If we recall, After the arrival of Dr Abiye in Asmara, the alcoholic junk has the audacity to claim, the demarcation of the border was not of high priority as Eritreans were not held as hostages for more than 20 years under the pretext of unresolved and undemarcated border. yet, Despite this explicit confession by the alcoholic junk, his supporters still like to cling to the notion that the lack of any improvement in Eritrea is because of the existence of Woyane

The alcoholic junk has squandered God Given opportunity to mend his differences with the west when a non interventionist president is in the White House.Instead of having a real dialogue with the Master ,the alcoholic junk preferred to work with the slaves of the master ( Saudi Arabia and the united arab emirates). And In November, the chances of having a democratic president in the White House is much greater than having the current president to have a second mandate, And rest assured, wedi medhin berad supporters will have more reasons to whine and moan about intervention when this happens.

This is how the mind of Wedi Medhin berad supporters functions, How does any one quantify and measure the trip of the alcoholic junk and declare it as a success? Have we even heard or read any success story of any trip of this junk makes be it inside or outside the country?

As I have said many times, I don't have any problem with you or any Eritrean citizen for that matter to oppose and criticize PIA or his government because you have every right to do so as Eritrean. One thing that I don't understand to this day is that you criticizing Eritreans who support PIA and his government. The supporters are not leading the country and people. The government is. Remember, as much as you have every right to oppose and criticize PIA led Eritrean government, other Eritreans have every right to support PIA and his government. I really don't understand why your anger is directed towards ordinary Eritrean citizens who happen to support PIA in stead of toward the government.

My take is that you believe you can not make any dent let alone change in PIA led Eritrean government and that it is easier for you to direct your anger and frustration towards citizens who just happen to have different opinion and belief from your...You are welcome to explain that to me if I have misunderstood you.

What Deqi wrote is exactly right. In fact power or not, the Tigrayans will never stop their phantom dreams of the ancient Axumite empire. They don’t see anyway out of this. Isayas is God to his followers. Isayas is not accountable to the Eritrean people. He acts like he owns Eritrea. But, now he feels vulnerable to the western powers. The West cares more about Ethiopia than tiny Eritrea. The West has replaced Ethiopia in favor of Kenya now. Survivalist as he is, Isayas has chosen Abby as the safety net. But, Abbiy is naked. He has street smart, but he is not a states man. Ethiopia is in economic and political quagmire. Big mess if you ask me. It will be very interesting to see how the situation in Ethiopia resolves itself. Isayas does not trust anyone. Hence, expect a lot of make over as well.
