Tigray: a very lucky killil or a useless killil ????

For the last two years, all we have been hearing that the coward TPLF goons and their low IQ Dedebit cadres making noises after noises by stating " We will call article 39" blah blah. I think the majority of Ethiopians look very tired of the same empty noise and their response is "Go for it and wish you good luck". Cherq Yariglachu 
. To this day, the citizens of the least important killil Tigray are still bi@tching but no action at all. I have the feeling that if the people Somali or Benshangul or Gambela or Afar threatened to declare article 39, the reaction of the Ethiopian people would definitely be completely different.
The question that I am interested to know is that have the people of Ethiopia finally realized that Tigray is the least important killil or Tigray is just one lucky killil
