One of the Woyanes lies spread overall Ethiopia is that Meles Zenawai has signed to the UN for Eritrea to conduct the referendum. However, President Isaias Afwerki has exposed such a lie in one of the meetings held with Eritrean nationals. He further said that although the UN has requested Eritrea to ask Ethiopia to sign the Ethiopian regime for the speedy implementation of the referendum, Eritrea has not only rejected the idea but responded to the UN Eritrea can conduct the referendum without the UN observers. Here is the video that reveals the truth. This proves that TPLFiets are pathological liars.
