BTW, the suggestion you gave are on the money and Mengisti Tigray should work hard to implement them immediately and then Tigrayans will be Iron fence against any enemy. the sooner setting up Tigray election board, high court to see election and other Tigray issues will be fruitful. Do you remember Woyane had commission the highest and last word for any woyane fighters that is called supreme court. It is very important for Tigray future to reflect our 5000 years civilization as a society and let Tigray prove them we are civilized and well manner society.
