Dictator Isaias expected to destroy TPLF by uniting(medemer) with PM Abiy to use Ethiopian army against TPLF. TPLF thrived and become much stronger over the last two years and PM Abiy is negotiating with TPLF for his survival. Ascaris Isaias has been once again outsmarted and defeated by the TPLF and has become the a toothless lion who can do nothing(with no army to fight).
Ascaris is always slave with distorted mindset!
