This is part of what the engineers call a Design Led Development (DLD), development in essence means a solution here.
"Problem identified well, problem solved already" or something similar is what some social scientists sometimes say, conveying essentially the smae message to the above statement from the engineering domain.
What do the politicians say about this issue? Can some of the many politicians on here (Ethiopian politicians) say something about their adopted paradigm in the fields of problem solving?
I am really interested to know their views here.
