China always calls or attracts the super powers, because of its greediness to compete with the West. The poor or other countries get targeted wherever when China is there sucking the countries wealth but does not protect these countries, I.e: libya, Yemen, Djibouti, Ethiopia, many African countries targeted by west where China sets its foot, China leaves these poor countries cold dry.
