Embarara of Embasenayit is the founder of the shewn dynasty centered in todays Addis Abeba, Brarara( derived from Embarara), which was centered around EntoTo mountain, the mountain in Addis which looks like some of the countless many picturesque mountains of Embasenayit. Remember queen Bilensaba, the wife of nigus Amdetsion and mother of prince maekele-bahir, hailed from Embasenayit. Some of these Embasenaytt women could be direct descendants of queen bilensaba.
