Guess WHO?
Well, a Dedebit College Grad who happen to sit in on one of the most important organization as its head.
This dimwitted Weyane whose IQ is lower than Ayte Adgi other DW TPLF goons here is kept embarrassing the black race.
He should be joined the rest of his Weyane friends in Mekele Hotels and share a Whisky bottle with them.
This guy couldn't even properly run as poor country as Ethiopia's health ministry let alone the big WHO

Furthermore, he claimed to received his Masters and Ph.D from foreign university, as it the case for most Weyanina's who are usually get their PH. Ds from on line fake universities for a couple of hundred dollars. You probably have some kind of Ph. D as many agames do
