The custom of begging in Ethiopia should be uprooted!

Begging is part of Ethiopian culture. People beg for small and big things.
This should be discouraged. The government has been begging for small and big things.
The bureaucracy is so corrupt that they beg even for small amount of money and use it for themselves.
Society should condemn begging and the government should not ask for help even if helpis necessary. If Ethiopia faces starvation, then those employed should be giving half of their salary to the people who need it.
The government should increase the size of land given to farmers so that they can produce enough with surplus for the next year.
