Why Addis Ababa Needs to start being Diverted

the Ethiopian government must start sending away Addis Ababa business and population to other cities other cities need to be developed and expanded. Addis is not a safe city because radical Oromos want to take over it thus Addis Ababas Resources and Jobs should be sent to Bahir Dar & Dessie & Hawassa the government is asking for Choas by not diverting the country keep everyone far away from eachother
