Ethnic Federalism should be modified and adjusted to a modern state with modern economic infrastructure.
The country should be divided into smaller regional states.
The constitution and the law should be re-written where ethnic discrimination should be criminal and those commiting it could capital punishment (death or lifelong imprisonment).
Art. 39 should be deleted and forgotten. Ethiopia is not a colonial power and each ethnic group should fight for a democratic Ethiopia and not secede from it.

Ethiopia should be multilingual. Amharic should be one of the working languages. English should be the language of communication.

Any ethnic group should be able to observe the culture in any place. There should be no limitations.

The State should not intervene in religious affairs as the current leader is doing. We are a modern country where religion belongs to the churches, synagogues and mosques.
