There is a thing called "reminders" that pop up over your email or calendar to let one know a scheduled event like birthdays & some fake victories of nations like TPLF/EPRDF to start.
What you're talking about means is, world leaders didn't reset their "reminders" yet; It just "poped" out and Woyane got it! LOL!
I hate to tell you that but, give world leaders a year or so; you'll never hear from them on May 20.
p2/Mesherefet on the other hand, the "congratulations" shall pour all over their newly remodeled Menelik's palace 2 days later, on May 22? :~)
