Pushkin,
The Red Sea is the main corridor that connects East to West. Eritrea is sitting right on Top of it. If the Emirates can make Dubai word class on its own, Eritrean ports are given to be the jewels of the Red-Sea. Like Petros Solomon said once, pass the leadership to new generation and see what it can do with it. Things have stalled for the last 27 years. The old generation brought independence. That is quite grand. New blood needs to be given a chance. That is not rocket science as they say.

It is a lie. Eritrea has nothing. The gold and gas is in Ethiopia.
The Red Sea is strategic for military and commercial purposes as a gate to reach other areas of the world. But the most strategic are is controlled by other countries - Saudi, Yemen, Somalia and Djibouti.

Green-eyed Agame wishing the Red Sea,
I know you are burnt with jealousy. Yes, Ethiopia is rich with resources, but this discussion is not about Ethiopia. You know, once Eritrea begins to reap its resources, you must hung yourself.

It is killing you.
