Ethiopia's Amhara centred governments from Menelik to Abiy Ahmed are the problem for unity and economic development!

Amhara centered governments have created wars of liberation fronts in Ethiopia based on Ethnic groups. Unfortunately, TPLF-EPRDF just addressed the problem.
As long Ethiopia is under Amhara elites, there will be no peace. Elites from non-Amhara communities will not accept cultural dominaiton of The Amhara and will continue fighting the amhara centered government.
Thanks to TPLF-EPRDF, the Amhara are weakened but not removed from the centers of power. There is no need to completely remove them.What Ethiopia needs to make policy changes.
1) Ethiopia should reflect the multi-lingual nature of society. At least Tigrigna and Oromo would be the working languages besides Amharic because this weakens The Amhara domination of Culture
2) The federal states should be divided equally. there should not be a larger province than the smallest - now Gambella.
3) In all regions all Ethnic groups should co-exist - Oromo, Amhara, Tigray, somali, guraghe could live together respecting each other's culture
4) There should not be forced ethnic intermarriages
5) Religion should be limited to churches and mosques. The government should distance itself from all religions
