Nope! It ain't out of the blue what I posted my tigriyan neighbor.

Here we go....hey! don't quote me, I'm only conveying what the engel said:

When god was creating human-beings, he was searching for them suitable and lovely places such as europe with abundant water flow etc...etc..and was busy.
